Attended St. George Grade
School and Cathedral Prep. Jim enjoyed fishing,
hunting and skeet shooting, and was a member of
several swim teams. He held a swimming record
for the Erie Diocese Grade School Annual Meet in
breaststroke for many years. He also played the
trumpet for Cathedral Prep's marching
band.
