Married July 4, 1959 St. Cyril + Meth, Girard, Pa.

Frank served in the US Navy and was a self-employed barber for several years.  He retired from Millcreek Township Government.  He is an avid sportsman and travels extensively including: Panama, Columbia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Canada, Mexico and 38 US states.
